Currently, in the Europe, a persistent tension in the relationship between economics and politics is clearly evident. Markets need openness, while the political system needs a certain degree of closure. Where, the challenges associated with migration are among the most important trends that will determine Europe’s future.

This will have repercussions that will result in an integrated system of radical changes at the level of the identity of European, coinciding with an influential theory in the interpretation of the challenges of the twenty-first century, which claims that future conflicts will largely take place in cultural lines between and within societies or between countries.

Hence, it is impossible to understand Europe’s current reality, and it be difficult to read its future complexities away from the problematic associated with migration. Where it is clear that the traditional division between left and right in Europe, has been replaced by a division between those who support immigration policies, and those who are against migration.

Accordingly, it can be said that the political reality has placed many European countries before the dilemma of the relationship between immigration and citizenship, which raises many crises related to everything related to the dialectic: closing borders, Identity, Racism, Xenophobia , Right-wing parties, etc.

Therefore, according to the challenges of immigration , the question must be asked:

  1. Are there systematic approaches to problematic of the deep political and cultural divisions associated with migration challenges?
  2. 2. How will Europe’s traditional political leaders and elites deal with the wave of popular and political opposition to immigration policies?
